What Is Your Return Policy?

Due to the handmade nature of my pieces, I do not accept returns or exchanges. I try my best to represent the pieces I make with measurements, photos and am always available via email if you have any questions before purchasing. Thank you for understanding.

When Will My Order Ship?

Ready to ship: 1-4 days

Made to order: 2-6 days

Custom pieces: 2- 4 weeks

All orders are shipped with insurance. If you would like to add a signature upon delivery, please review the shipping options upon check out and choose which works best for you.

International Import Taxes

Buyer is responsible for all import taxes and charges.

Repairs

I try to craft each piece to a certain standard of quality but, should a piece break, please contact me with photos of the piece and an explanation of damage. I am able to preform certain repairs but might have to outsource to a repair shop if it is out of my skill set. Cost and turnaround time will be quoted to you before I have you send the piece to me.

I do not repair pieces that were not made by me.

Do You Make Custom Pieces?

Yes.

Please note that I take a $50 non refundable deposit for all custom orders. This amount goes towards the final price of your piece.

How Should I Take Care Of My Jewelry?

All pieces with stones should be kept out of water, especially porous stones like turquoise. Remove rings while washing hands, showering, swimming, washing dishes etc. I also do not recommend applying lotion or other body/hair products while wearing porous stones. All of the above can discolor stones and/or cause them to swell and crack.

If a piece becomes tarnished, please use a jewelry polishing cloth. I personally like the yellow Sunshine polishing cloth. Do not use commercial jewelry cleaners. If you would like to cover 2 way shipping, I also offer free polishing if you would like to send your piece back to me.
